Ticket changes are permitted for all fare rules. Modifications must be completed using current or above available fares at the time of modification.
Based on initial booking fare, penalty might be applicable. In case the initial booking fare is no longer available, fare difference will be collected at the time of the booking modification.
No refund is possible while completing a ticket change.

Penalty for modification

For journey originating from France, penalty for modification (respectively refund) are equal to 200€ (resp. 300€) per segment changed (resp. refunded)
For journey originating from the United-States, penalty for modification (resp. refund) are equal to 300$ (resp. 400$) per segment changed (resp. refunded)

Pricing Policy

Our company policy is to offer our customer a large inventory of our best fares.
Nevertheless, the quantity of seats is contingent upon availability at the time of booking. Due to demand, the lowest fares will not always be available.

«no-show» definition

Every customer who does not check-in prior to the closing of the flight for which the customer is booked will be documented as a no-show.
In order to avoid the NO-SHOW status, the customer must contact L'AVION customer services and change the booking the latest before the closing of the reserved flight.
