If you will be flying with L'Avion and have a physical impairment that may affect your travel, please tell us about your health condition at the time of booking or you may contact one of our counselors at 1 - 866 - 692 - 6759, free of charge. Reaching the airport

Several ground transportations services are available to transfer you to the Newark airport. They will also help you to make connections between Kennedy and La Guardia Airports to Newark Liberty Airport.

Personnel dedicated to helping persons with reduced mobility will be available to accompany you from the embarkation zone to your seat.

Newark, an adapted airport

All of the terminals provide approach ramps, lifts and lavatories adapted to disabled travelers. Moreover, several TDD phones are available in terminals. The airport uses international symbols to help passengers locate all the services they may require.

Electric carts and vans to reach the different terminals can be requested via skycaps. Adapted cars can be rented through either Hertz or Avis.

Those with mobility restrictions who are parking a car may park in designated spaces in the hourly parking lots and parking garages C and P4. Parking rates are $10 for 24 hours.

Travelers in wheelchairs

You are entitled to the free transport of up to 2 personal wheelchairs in the cargo hold. You are, however, required to specify so when booking your flight. Personal wheelchairs will be labeled and protected by specific packaging.
