The selections presented onboard reflect the philosophy of the company: to offer the experience of a pleasant flight by favoring simplicity. Each day, we serve luncheons and dinners that evoke freshness, flavors and a blend of colors. To ensure the highest quality products, menus will vary according to season.
A French Business Class experience from appetizer to dessert!
You won't find any meal trays on a L'Avion flight -- all meals are served on china. Our menus start with an appetizer (e.g. ocean salad or southwestern salad), followed by your choice of a warm entree (e.g. medallions of lamb with ginger, baked red mullet or cep risotto), refined cheeses and ending with a selection from our gourmand dessert tray that offers cakes, fruit, chocolates and coffee.
Wines and Champagnes 100% "made in France"
When you fly with L'Avion, you'll sample French wines that leave the ordinary behind and make your flight even more extraordinary -- thanks to subtle selections from Frank Lucet, member oenologue of the Toques du Ciel®.
Special meals
