Is online purchasing through the L'Avion site secure?

Why was payment with my bank card rejected?
The validity date of your bank card may have expired.
Verify whether your type of card is accepted by our reservation program.

Nothing could be simpler! Your account is automatically created at the time of your first purchase. On the other hand, if you are not a client (yet), you can subscribe to our newsletter which will inform you of the available promotional offers.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
After having clicked on the button "Confirmer ma réservation" (confirm my reservation) at the end of the order process, a page will open in which you'll find your locator number and all the references concerning your flight. We recommend that you make a printout. Within the hour you will receive an e-mail confirmation which summarizes your reservation. Is it possible to book a plane ticket for someone else ?
Yes, you can reserve a plane ticket for another person. Enter the required data of the passenger including his/her e-mail address, so that the electronic ticket can properly be sent.

How do I get my plane tickets?
The company does not issue paper tickets. The system will provide you with an electronic ticket by e-mail for reservations made online or via the call center.
How do I find the best fare?
The site has been designed so that the best fare at that moment is always the one featured when making an Internet reservation.
I am pregnant. Can I nevertheless take the plane ?

If your pregnancy is developing normally, you may travel without having to comply with any unique travel requirements up to the end of your eighth month. Beyond that time, you will need a written medical consent on the part of your physician. In case of an expected or confirmed difficult pregnancy, you will need to obtain your physician’s medical consent regardless of the term.
For the sake of your safety and well-being we strongly advice that you come provided with a written explanation indicating the term of your pregnancy.
Is it possible to book a flight for my unaccompanied child ?
L'Avion does not accept unaccompanied minors of less than 12 years. Minors below age 12 need to be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or older.
