He held administrative positions in various corporations. In 2001, he joined Compagnie Financière Saint Honoré, principal holding of LCF Rothschild, as member of the management and Assistant Chief Executive Officer. Previously (1993-2001), he was Associate Director of the Euris Group.

At 56 years of age, Engineer (ENSMA-IAE) Marc ROCHET is known as an experienced executive within the airline industry. He has mastered all aspects of air transportation, including organization, exploitation and commercialization. From Air Inter to Air Outre Mer (AOM) by way of Air Liberté, UTA, Minerve, Travelprice.com and the Aga Khan Fund For Economic Development, Marc Rochet has been successful with an array of tasks that include creative solutions, mergers, restructuring and sales. He is also an airline strategy advisor within Aérogestion and a member of the board of several airlines.

30 years old with a passion for flying, pilot (holder of FAA CPL - IFR - ME licenses) Frantz YVELIN is a young manager who previously held positions with renowned consulting firms such as GFI, CS - Communication & Systems, and Segime (ALTRAN Group). He is a real entrepreneur who conceived and, with total dedication, brought to maturity the Elysair concept of which he is the founder.

45 years, Engineer (IMA Bordeaux and University of Hertfordshire), Yann POUDOULEC has held various positions in technical engineering with airlines such as AIR MEDITERANEE, AIRLINAIR and EUROCOPTER, where he was Assistant to the Director of the Technical and Design department.

39 years, Jean-Charles PERINO, studied in France and in Chicago (ESLSCA i.e. Graduate School of Business, Paris and MBA from De Paul University in Finance/Marketing). He has acquired considerable experience of the airline and general travel industry, above all in commercial and marketing functions with groups such as AIR CANADA, EXPEDIA, SERVAIR et EUROPEENNE D’ASSURANCE (a company specializing in travel insurance coverage).

Graduate of a Master’s Degree in Political Sciences, and Bachelor of Economics and History, Sophie Candiotti began her career as Senior Account Manager for a consulting firm (Bernard Krief Consulting Group). She has also held the position of Communication and Media Director in the airline industry at various companies such as SERVAIR, AOM and AIR LIBERTE.

Electrical Engineer (ICPI Lyon), Yves DELACHANAL began his career in aviation 17 years ago. A professional pilot, his log lists more than 10,500 flight hours. He has held the position of Pilot in Command, Flight instructor-inspector, as well as Engineering and Design Department Manager for various companies such as Air Liberté.

41 year-old Frédéric JACQUES studied law before joining the airline business. As a professional in airport operations, he has held management positions with airline companies, airport groups and air service companies. In France, he has worked with Aéroports de Paris, Air Transat, Thaï Airways and Air Routing/RTR World Services. In Canada, he has worked with Air Transat, Handlex Ground Services and World Flight Services (ex-Groupe Vinci) and in Mexico with ASUR/Grupo Aeroportuario Del Sureste.

Chartered Accountant (DECF / IFG) Alain GUEDJ has to his credit 23 years of experience. In that time, he has held positions of accountant to Chief Financial and Administrative Officer with French groups such as SAGEM, LOCAMION, FENWICK, INGERSOLL and BEL AIR.

At 31 years of age, Aeronautical Engineer (ENAC = National School of Civil Aviation) Muriel Assouline has acquired recognition as an expert in matters of operational and quality advice and audits for major airlines. She is an accredited auditor ISO9000 and IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit). Previously, she held various posts of responsibility in airline quality assurance and operations.

A 40-year-old specialist in business aviation, Christophe VIRICELLE is one of the co-founders of Elysair. A member of the team from its very inception, he immediately perceived the interest, on the part of a demanding clientele, in a concept such as Elysair’s. Very knowledgeable about European airline regulations, this graduate in law is also an experienced pilot (now flying for us, but previously flying business jets such as the Dassault-Falcon 50 and 900 for Heads of State and VIPs)
