Born and raised in Queens. Has lived in Paris since October 2002. In 2003, he married a Parisian woman he met in New York in 2000.

Settles in New York in 1999, after having lived in London for a few years.


Bruno Danto
Artistic Director, Danto Studio. Founder of Sport & Style, the fashion supplement of the French sports magazine L’Equipe.

Shuttles back and forth between his Paris studio and his New York studio.

Creator of Jean-Claude Biguine beauty and hair salons.

Jean-Claude Biguine has more than 50 salons in Paris and 5 in New York City. He spends one week out of four in New York. He always has breakfast out, in a café.


Julie Pêcheur
Founder and editor-in-chief of the monthly The Paris Times directed at English-speaking expats based in Paris.

Journalist, Columbia graduate. Year-round New Yorker from age five to six and from age 21 to 28. Today, lives in Paris where she edits a U.S. press review and writes in English all day.
